This website and the controller

Enquiries and operation
The form collects your name, email, subject, optional telephone and message so that we can answer your enquiry. Time, IP address, browser details and visit source are also recorded to operate and protect the service. Please do not include sensitive information. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to advertising.
Your enquiry is delivered to the property and its rapidbounce and Steganomos technical support team. A copy is sent to the email you provide. Email delivery uses Mailgun. Messages are checked automatically for spam.
Considering an accommodation enquiry serves steps requested by you before a contract. Security and technical operation serve our legitimate interest in a reliable service. Enquiry information in the database and correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and then deleted, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Hosting and external services
The website runs on Google Cloud Run in europe-west1. Static assets are delivered through Google Cloud Storage. Google, Mailgun and technical support providers process the information needed for their services. Hosting the website in a European region does not mean that every provider processes all information exclusively within the EEA.
Booking opens the separate WebHotelier service. Online check-in, virtual-tour and social links lead to the respective services with their own forms and notices. Opening an external link discloses connection information, including your IP address, to that provider.
The embedded Google Maps loads only after Accept and when the map comes into view. It then also requests fonts hosted by Google. Before your choice or after Decline, a placeholder shows Cookie settings and a link to Google Maps. The external link contacts Google only if you open it. Form validation uses Google reCAPTCHA. These resources receive connection information when requested.
Measurement and optional services
Google Analytics 4 measures visits and actions through Google Tag Manager and data.aeolosresort.com. Using our own subdomain does not remove the transfer to Google. User and event data retention is set to 14 months and Google Signals is disabled. The user retention period can reset on new activity.
Before a choice, Consent Mode sends limited cookieless measurement signals with storage denied. A Google tag gateway check also runs. These include consent state, page details, language, technical device information and technical request identifiers. The connection also discloses your IP address. Declining therefore does not guarantee zero transmission or the absence of every identifier.
Accept allows measurement cookies. Adobe Fonts and RateParity load only after Accept. RateParity displays price comparison, offers and reviews and receives technical information such as IP and browser details together with widget preferences. Providers may process information outside the EEA under their terms and applicable safeguards.
Choices, rights and complaints
You can change your choice through Cookie settings. Withdrawal affects subsequent processing and does not automatically erase information already received by third parties. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing. Use the Contact page to make your request.
