In the a-la-carte restaurant of Aeolos Resort, Koozen, you will take a trip to Greece’s traditional flavors, with modern touches, by Athenagoras Kostakos, one of the new generation’s best chefs. The modern and always smiling chef, who sets up the menu of famous restaurants in Greece and abroad, has opened his own restaurant in London and impresses through the modernly modified Greek recipes that excite even the most demanding connoisseurs.

Considering himself an “ambassador of the gastronomy of our place to the ends of the earth through every customer who visits the place,” as he says, chef Athenagoras Kostakos, with passion & stubbornness for a good result, works with his team in the new Greek cuisine, trying to make his mark and give it its recognizable style.
