The luxury complex Aeolos Resort, occupying 4,000 sqm. in a large property within walking distance from the center of Mykonos Town, is a "miniature" of the Cycladic capital. In the Main Section, there is the reception as well as a lobby for the whole family with a library. Also, here you can find the breakfast area and the Koozen restaurant. The rich buffet breakfast enables you to start your day in the most enjoyable way, while the cocktails and refreshing drinks in the Pool Bar you can end your evening in the most romantic way. Every hour of the day can be memorable, either playing with the family in the pool, or enjoying the unique traditional recipes prepared by the award-winning chef Athenagoras Kostakos who prepares the restaurant menu, or relaxing gazing at the sea and the sunset, drinking a cocktail, reading a book, listening to soft music.

Not one, not two, but three pools, one in each wing, invite you to swim for the whole day [Main section: 9 x 13 m, Daylight wing: 10 x 15 m, Sunset wing: 10 x 15 m] for incredible carefree moments. Along with the luxurious Jacuzzis, they contribute to absolute relaxation and rejuvenation.

It is worth noting that the entire unit is wheelchair accessible, and there is a possibility for non-smoking rooms.

The Restaurant in the Main Section

In the a-la-carte restaurant of Aeolos Resort, Koozen, you will take a trip to Greece’s traditional flavors, with modern touches, by Athenagoras Kostakos, one of the new generation’s best chefs. The modern and always smiling chef, who sets up the menu of famous restaurants in Greece and abroad, has opened his own restaurant in London and impresses through the modernly modified Greek recipes that excite even the most demanding connoisseurs.

Considering himself an “ambassador of the gastronomy of our place to the ends of the earth through every customer who visits the place,” as he says, chef Athenagoras Kostakos, with passion & stubbornness for a good result, works with his team in the new Greek cuisine, trying to make his mark and give it its recognizable style.
